Negotiators from the San Ramon Valley Unified School District and the San Ramon Valley Education Association have reached a tentative agreement in bargaining talks, including pay increases and new personal days for educators, the two announced. left last week.
The agreement, which covers the last school year and the current term, involves a continuous salary increase of 1% for the 2020-21 school year, retroactive to July 1, 2020, and a continuous salary increase of 3% for the current school year 2021-22. , retroactive to July 1 of this year. Afterwards, SRVEA members will receive a one-time salary increase of 1% for the current school year, which will be implemented after the other increases are applied.
